This is my new favorite go-to for all my computer needs. The staff is awesome and truly seeks to understand their customer's needs. Also, they have incredible deals on name-brand products! I can't speak for the previous reviewer, but a simple reformatting would have fixed the problem. This is now my go-to source for cables, power supplies, extra monitors and more. I live in Arlington, and it's completely worth the drive!

I was searching for a desktop, so I could use it for personal/part-time remote jobs. I went in with a list of specifications that needed the desktop to include, and they were so nice and patient. They had a variety of options I was so happy, I was about to spend more than $600 on just a PC w/o a monitor/keyboard/ mouse at a big-box store(s). They tested the monitors, and turned it on to make sure everything looked/worked good. Extremely affordable, I purchased a whole set that included a huge Dell monitor, they also added a keyboard and mouse all right under $200! I am very happy to find this place, and this business will forever be go-to for any computer needs! Thank you so much yall! A special shout-out to (Leilani) I believe was her name, she was an angel!!

First time buyer... It was warm and being unfamiliar around computers, they made me feel I could ask any question without that..."geek crew" look... I would go back here rather than being a big box, take a number kind of customer...

JWJ Electronics is the BEST place to take your electronics (especially laptops). They are honest, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable. I recently took my laptop in because my camera wasn't working, they called me the next day to tell me it was simply turned off LOL! They could have told me that all kinds of things was wrong with my webcam and I would not have known anything different, but they were honest and told the truth. I won't take my electronics anywhere else! You WILL NOT be disappointed!

Wonderful guys working there. I had no idea what was wrong with my PC but less than a week and $60 later, I'm back home playing BG3. I'll return for any other electronic repair needs.

Pleasantly surprised by nice people, good work and timely performance! I've had a tendency to forget that such things existed.

Came here today for the first time and the guys running the store were incredibly friendly and helpful. My fiancé needed a laptop for her work ASAP. I walked out with an amazing deal on a refurbished laptop that was pretty much new. I couldn’t believe it. Highly recommend this store.

Walt and his partner are the MVPs! I walked in clueless about gaming PCs, but they swooped in and found me the perfect setup, totally within my budget. They even threw in a wireless keyboard and mouse with the monitor! Seriously felt like they knew exactly what I needed. If you're on the hunt for electronics and want top-notch customer service, these are your people. You'll leave with exactly what you need and a smile on your face.
